Caring for the City and Nature: Urbanist on the Benefits of String Transportation

A recent article on the Belarusian portal blizko.by features urbanist Mikhail Davydik, who discusses how string transportation is transforming perspectives on urban living. He cites the “uLite” complex in the “Aquarelle” eco-park as a prime example.

The expert took a ride on the first commercial line of uST and explained how elevating transport to the second level can alleviate congestion on existing highways. He emphasized that string transportation not only preserves architectural aesthetics but also respects the natural landscape.

Using Minsk as a case study, the expert illustrated how string transport can seamlessly integrate into the urban fabric, making travel faster and more comfortable for residents.
