Watch the Documentary about the Karat Complex – Now on YouTube!

Today, the official UST Inc. YouTube channel released a documentary titled “Transport from the Future: The uBus Karat”, dedicated to the creation of a transport and infrastructure complex in the desert.
In the United Arab Emirates, UST Inc. engineers worked under extreme heat, on unstable soil, and in compliance with strict construction standards. The film showcases how the team overcame technical challenges: from installing supports as tall as a five-story building to lifting a 350-ton structure to a height of 17 meters.
Special attention is given to the development of the uBus Karat, capable of traveling along an elevated track at speeds of up to 150 km/h. The vehicle underwent a series of tests, including electromagnetic compatibility trials, and was adapted to operate in conditions of high temperature, humidity, and sandstorms. The documentary details every stage – from blueprints to the delivery of the uPod from Minsk to Sharjah and its test runs.
“The completed complex shows that we’ve left the competition behind – once and for all,” said Anatoli Unitsky, Chief Designer of UST Inc.
This film is not just the story of a single project – it’s a glimpse into the future, already racing along string rails.
