UST Inc. Signed a Cooperation Agreement with One of the Leading Belarusian Universities

Delegation of the The Faculty of Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship at BNTU visited Unitsky String Technologies Inc. At the meeting General Director of UST Inc. Nadezhda Kosareva and Dean of the Faculty Alexey Danilchenko signed a cooperation agreement in science and education.
The university representatives visited the company's office, where they learned about the activities of the Design Engineering Department, Rolling Stock Department and Biotechnologies Division.
"This interaction opens up new opportunities in personnel and research areas. For example, our company, as a scientific organization, can significantly improve theoretical and practical training of university students," commented Sergey Artyushevsky, Deputy General Designer for Science at UST Inc.
Scientific and educational collaboration will help strengthen the UST Inc.'s team with talented young people, said Zoya Kovalyova, Head of the Human Resources Division:
"Entering into an agreement with one of the country's leading universities will encourage the best young professionals to work at UST Inc. Under our supervision, students have the opportunity to intern with the company. We are ready to provide mentorship from industry professionals who will immerse them in the intricacies of uST transport."

UST Inc. cooperates not only with Belarusian but also with foreign universities. The company has entered into more than 10 contracts and cooperation agreements with higher education institutions. Among them are Vitebsk State Technological University, Brest State Technical University, International Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (Minsk), Belarusian State University, Belarusian National Technical University, Siberian State Industrial University, Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Construction, North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk, and others.

The Faculty of Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship at BNTU is the only economic faculty in Belarus, whose students study the basics of engineering and design and technology of production along with economics, management, marketing, and foreign languages.
