UST Inc. has completed the design for the uST complex at the Sosny sanatorium
UST Inc. specialists have handed over the design estimate documentation for the transport complex at the Sosny sanatorium to the general designer. After successfully completing the regulatory assessment, it is planned to begin the direct construction of the facility.

The design estimate documentation has been developed on the basis of previously approved special technical requirements. The project includes constructive solutions that have undergone an independent safety assessment. Institute BelNIIS RUE carried out duplicate calculations to ensure the safety of the solutions. Their results indicate that the developed designs for the overpass in the transport and infrastructure complex are safe and reliable.
The design estimate documentation is currently awaiting the regulatory assessment. After its successful completion, the next step will be the construction of the complex. The uST track will run through a pine forest, and the journey will take approximately two minutes. An automated control system will monitor the unmanned rail uPod and ensure the proper functioning of the entire complex.
The uPod will be equipped with a two-stage air suspension system and an advanced climate control. The interior of the vehicle, which can accommodate up to six passengers, has been specifically designed to provide optimal comfort and security, including features that make it suitable for wheelchair users.
