UST Inc. Expands University Partnerships to Strengthen Its Talent Pool
The success of modern technologies largely depends on the expertise of engineering teams. That is why Unitsky String Technologies Inc. places great emphasis on collaboration with universities. The latest higher education institution to sign a cooperation agreement with the company is the Belarusian-Russian University.
Recently, a UST Inc. delegation, led by Yuri Shebzukhov, Head of the Research Division, visited the university in Mogilev. Together with Yuri Mashin, the university’s first vice-rector, they discussed the training of top-tier engineers for the string transport industry.
The cooperation agreement outlines specific mechanisms for collaboration:

- Internship programs for accelerated graduate adaptation.
- UST Inc. expert participation in the educational process.
During the visit, the university showcased its state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, including equipment for training specialists in machine design.

As an intergovernmental educational institution of Belarus and Russia, the Belarusian-Russian University integrates the academic resources of both countries. It offers a full-cycle education system from lyceum to professional development institutes, ensuring a seamless pipeline for specialized talent.

The assembly of the self–propelled stand chassis of a bi-rail wheeled electric vehicle has been completed at the SW Plant production complex. There engineers will work out the design solutions and test the uST transport control systems.
