uSky Visited by India's Minister of Road Transport and Highways
The uSky Test & Certification Centre in Sharjah was visited by the India's Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari. The high-ranking guest met with the Centre's management and evaluated the advantages of uST Transport & Infrastructure Complexes in action.
Shri Nitin Gadkari attended a presentation of uST technology, spoke about the features of uPods and details of production of passenger and cargo transport with automated control system. During the visit, the guest got to know the capabilities of high-speed uFlash and also toured the service station and the depot. To personally assess the comfort and safety of the "second level" transportation, Shri Nitin Gadkari made a test ride in a tropical uCar.
"Sky Bus offers a sustainable, congestion-free urban mobility solution, reducing pollution and traffic congestion while providing efficient mobility for urban residents. Moreover, its elevated rail cable system minimizes land use, making it a valuable addition to the nation's mobility infrastructure," Shri Nitin Gadkari wrote on his social media.
The meeting was organized by iSky Transport Systems Pvt. Ltd. along with founding Directors of iSky Transport Mr. Hari Prasad and Mr. Shahil Anoof – partners of the uSky Center promoting string transport technologies in India. As Shri Nitin Gadkari noted, uSky Technology has developed Sky Bus solutions, and iSky has tied up with uSky to bring these mobility services to India.
The guest was particularly impressed by the presentation of uST high-speed transport – a six-seat uFlash with a built-in multimedia system. The uFlash is designed to transport passengers at speeds of up to 500 km/h. The aerodynamic performance of the uFlash, combined with other advantages, ensures high efficiency and low operating costs.
“The innovative new technology is very soon useful for the country like India. It is very cost effective and safe technology. My best wishes”, wrote Shri Nitin Gadkari in the uSky Centre's guest book.
