UST Inc. Has Signed an Agreement with the Leading University of Sakha Republic
The specialists of UST Inc. visited North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk. During the meeting, the parties signed an agreement on cooperation in the fields of science and education. Earlier, the university management along with the representatives of the region’s Ministry of Transport paid a visit to the main office of UST Inc.
The company’s employees described uST Technology and the prospects of its application in Yakutia, focusing on the specifics of uST Transport operation in permafrost conditions. The listeners learned that thanks to the aboveground placement of the track and the automated control system, uPods can ensure safe year-round transportation even at extreme temperatures.
“Yakutia is one of the potential regions for using uST Transport and Infrastructure Solutions. The conclusion of the agreement will not only initiate the implementation of joint projects for the region’s socio-economic development, but also contribute to the training of future specialists in the field of uST Transport," – says Alexey Klimkov, the Head of the Research Devision of UST Inc.
Let us remind you, that in 2022 the company presented uST Solutions during a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the development of the Yakutsk transport infrastructure. The event was held on the territory of North-Eastern Federal University. The conference was attended by more than 60 specialists from Belarus and Russia.
