Unitsky String Technologies Inc. announces an international competition for scientific papers
UST Inc. is looking for young talented scientists who are ready to prove themselves and demonstrate their knowledge in the field of string rail transport and uST technologies. Students, undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students of Belarusian and foreign universities are invited to participate in the competition. They can do so individually or together with their academic advisors.
To participate in the competition, you need to submit an application by filling out a special form on the website. Applications will be accepted until February 28th, 2025 (inclusive), and the winners will be announced at the end of September of the same year. The prize fund exceeds $12,000.
The topics for scientific papers can be chosen from the list suggested by the Regulations for the competition, or they can be proposed by the participants themselves, as long as they are related to uST technology.
The organizers presented seven sections for writing scientific papers, namely:
- Rolling stock;
- String rail overpass;
- Architecture and design;
- Automated control and communication system;
- Calculations and modeling;
- Solutions in the field of materials science;
- Economic and logistical aspects.
The finished work must be submitted to the email address science@unitsky.com by June 30, 2025. The participants will be evaluated by a special commission of experts led by Anatoli Unitsky, the General Designer of UST Inc.
Note that a similar event was held by UST Inc. earlier in 2020 and 2023. The company actively collaborates with educational institutions worldwide.
