The first stage of certification of the route developed by UST Inc. was held at the uSky center
The international independent organization TUV SW Standardization Certifications has conducted the first stage of certification of test route No. 4 that is located in the uSky Testing and Certification Centre. We remind you that earlier the agreement on the start of certification works was signed by the General designer of UST Inc. Anatoli Unitsky and a representative from TUV SW Standardization Certifications Muhanad Muhammad Saied Al Hamouta.
During the first stage, certification of intermediate supports was carried out – lightweight structures that accept vertical load and ensure stability of the track structure. TUV SW Standardization Certifications has performed a complex of works on the evaluation of metal structures in accordance with the international standards AWS and BS EN and has issued a certificate.
At the second stage, a third-party evaluation will take place and a certificate will be issued for the entire test track. The document will apply to the cargo and passenger station, cargo and passenger terminal, intermediate supports and semi-rigid track structure. After the certification, the 2.4 km long string-rail overpass will be ready for operation of heavy freight and passenger rolling stock (weighing up to 60 tons, including cargo containers) at a speed of up to 150 km/h.
TUV SW is an organization providing solutions in the field of quality, safety and sustainable development, specializing in testing, inspection, auditing, certification and training. TUV SW is evaluated and accredited (including ISO 17020, ISO 17021) by various national and international accreditation bodies for professionalism, ethics, reliability and independence for certification evaluation.
