Shareholder UST Inc. announces change in investment architecture
The holding company Global Transport Investments Inc. (GTI Inc.), which is the shareholder of Unitsky String Technologies Inc., has announced the optimization of the financial and investment architecture. A memorandum posted on the holding's website declares the termination of active cooperation with Sky World Community (SWC), an international social venture ecosystem, starting from January 2026.
The primary goal remains the long-term growth of the company's flagship project, uST technology, and its expansion in line with the previously established strategy.
The company continues to follow its chosen course, adjusting investment and operational processes to meet the demands of the new market. At the same time, GTI Inc. confirms that all previously stated commitments to partners remain fully in place.
