Memorandum of Understanding Signed to Advance Modern Transport Solutions in India
iSky Transport Systems, representing UST Inc. in India, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the state-owned RITES Ltd. This partnership aims to collaboratively develop innovative solutions in the fields of logistics and urban mobility.
The memorandum establishes a strategic alliance focused on the exploration and implementation of uST technologies, including container logistics, cargo handling systems, and intelligent transport systems designed for the cities of tomorrow. Notably, the collaboration will emphasize Suspended String Rail Technology (SSRT), renowned for its environmental sustainability and efficiency in urban transport.

RITES Ltd. brings decades of expertise in consulting and executing large-scale infrastructure projects to the table. In turn, iSky Transport Systems will introduce cutting-edge technological solutions developed by renowned scientist Anatoli Unitsky and adapt string transport systems to suit the Indian conditions.
The joint efforts of these companies are expected to yield efficient, eco-friendly, and affordable transport solutions that align with India’s rapidly evolving infrastructure needs. The signing of this memorandum underscores a mutual commitment to fostering smart city developments and enhancing multimodal transport networks across the nation.
