Participation of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. in the XX International Scientific and Technical Conference on Electromechanics and Robotics «Завалишинские чтения – 2025»

A report about the features of uST transport was presented at the international forum held at the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI).

The online event «Завалишинские чтения – 2025» was held in conjunction with the X International Scientific and Technical Conference ‘Electric Drive, Electric Technologies and Electrical Equipment of Enterprises’ of Ufa State Petroleum Technical University, the XIX International Scientific and Technical Conference ‘VIBRATION-2024. Vibration Technologies, Mechatronics and Controlled Machines’ of the South-West State University and VII International Conference “MIST Aerospace-V-2025: Advanced Technologies in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering and Automation” of the Science and Technology City Hall (Krasnoyarsk Regional) of the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations.

Unitsky String Technologies Inc. took part in the section ‘Automatic Control Systems’. Victor Garanin, Scientific Secretary of the company, made a report on ‘Gravity traction and gravity braking in Unitsky String Transport’, where he focused on the application of automated control system in uST solutions and emphasised that it is necessary to look for ways to make the operation of transport more efficient.

“An ideal system is one that does not exist but fulfils its functions (from the theory of inventive tasks solving). It is this approach that Unitsky String Technologies Inc. strives to develop in its products”, – emphasised Victor Garanin.

The report emphasised that the use of the uST suspended transport complex with a sagging track structure and simplified automated control system makes it possible to significantly increase energy efficiency of urban logistics, reduce the cost of string rail transport overpasses, rolling stock and ‘second level’ infrastructure.

The participation of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. in such an important event once again showed the scientific community the company's constant endeavour to improve the efficiency of its transport and infrastructure solutions.
