The engineer has been developing transport and infrastructure complexes in the UST Inc.’s team for six years already. Today, Victor has more than 20 employees, including the engineers responsible for high-speed and rapid passenger and cargo transport and infrastructure complexes, as well as the programmers and the technical designers.
