UST Inc. was visited by a delegation from a technical university in Russia

The Siberian State Industrial University management visited the office of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. Alexey Yuryev, the rector of the university, and Sergey Konovalov, the vice-rector for Scientific and Innovative Activities, were informed about the specifics of the company's operations, as well as introduced to the activities of the design offices. Recall that UST Inc. and the university have signed an agreement on cooperation in the fields of science and education.

Representatives of the university were shown the production facilities of UST Inc. and the process of creating uPod hulls, motor wheels, engines, energy storage devices, machine vision and other elements of uST transport.

The guests appreciated the possibilities of uST transport and infrastructure complexes at the EcoTechnoPark. Anatoli Unitsky, the General Designer of UST Inc., led a tour of the test and demonstration center, where he explained the operation of the aboveground uST complexes and showed different configurations of electric rail vehicles. In order to personally evaluate the comfort and safety of uST transport, the delegation took test rides in the uPods.

"We have demonstrated our full potential and offered opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration. The guests were impressed by the company's innovative approach to product development and the diverse range of areas we work in. Following the meeting, we developed a joint plan of action in the scientific and technological fields and discussed potential projects utilizing uST technology in the Kuzbass region," said Sergey Artyushevsky, UST Inc.’s Deputy General Designer for Science.

Together with UST Inc. staff, a delegation from visited the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The tour was conducted by the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician Sergey Chizhik. In addition, representatives of the University visited the leading scientific organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Among them are the joint institute of mechanical engineering and physical-technical institute. The participants of the meeting discussed potential areas for collaboration.
