Expert: String Transport Can Drive a Breakthrough in the Transport Sector
Viktor Saevich, Editor-in-Chief of New Economics magazine, lecturer at the Belarusian State Economic University, and Master of Political Science, spoke to The First News Channel about possible solutions to transport challenges within the Union State.
According to the expert, transport infrastructure is one of the key areas where Belarus has the potential to become a leader. In particular, Saevich highlights Unitsky String Transport, which is already being implemented in various countries, as a promising direction for development.
“uST technologies could become a key factor in sustainable development. Today, the Union State is facing challenges in the transport sector, such as a decline in aircraft production, which calls for new solutions,” Saevich noted. “The string transport being developed by Unitsky’s company could bring about a real breakthrough. With government support and resource allocation, Belarus could set the trend in this field and elevate the Union State’s transport system to a new level.”
