Improving the scientific skills of UST Inc. employees

SSeptember 1 is a reminder of how important it is to keep learning and pursue new knowledge. UST Inc. believes that developing employee skills is not just an investment in personal growth but an important step toward the company’s technological progress and strengthening its market position.

This year, five of our colleagues took a major step toward new horizons by enrolling in part-time master’s programs at leading universities in Belarus:
🎓 Elizaveta Novitskaya – BNTU, major in Economics, program duration – 1.5 years;
🎓 Ekaterina Schablovskaya, Marina Mozgaleva, Denis Konek – BNTU, major in Engineering Business, program duration – 2.5 years;
🎓 Vadim Prokorym – BSU, major in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, program duration – 2 years.
The UST Inc. Research Department actively supported the colleagues and coordinated with BNTU, which enabled them to continue their education in master’s programs. The topics chosen by the graduate students are directly connected to the development of uST technologies and addressing key scientific challenges with the support and resources of the universities.

Congratulations to everyone on the start of the academic year! May it be full of new discoveries.
